103. Step Up To Punch The Groin

1. Step forward with the left leg, resting the heel on the ground.
2. Twisting at the waist, draw the hands back to just below the right ear.
3. Shift forward into a front stance, bringing the left hand down and out to the left. Continue the movement of the left hand so that it comes up and in again towards the body, at the same time clenching the right fist, bring it around and up in an arc. The left hand completes the circle it has drawn by resting on the right forearm as the right fist completes the punch.
