16. Embrace Tiger And Return To Mountain

1. Turning the left foot on its heel 90° into the right, draw the hands down to the left thigh.
2. Pivoting on the right heel, turn to the right and rest the backs of the hands on the thighs.
3. Shift the weight onto the right leg, stretching the arms diagonally out to the side.
