28. Brush Knee Twist Step

1. Bending the knees, pivot 90° to the left on the right toes and left heel, the weight is on the right leg and the hands point straight ahead.
2. Moving the left foot slightly left, draw the hands back to just below the right ear.
3. Shift forward into a front stance, lower the left hand to the side and push forward with the right hand.
