43. Raise The Left Leg And Kick Out In A Curve

1. Raise the left leg. The right leg is slightly bent.
2. Open the hands, turning them palm down and drawing them apart slightly.
3. Turning the body to left, kick out in a curve with the left leg, pointing the toes out. The left arm follows the left leg out to the left while the right hand reaches back and to the right.
