1. Draw the left leg back behind the right, resting the toes on the ground. At the same time, lightly clenching the fists, bring the arms in until the left wrist covers the right.
2. By pivoting on the right heel, bring the body around through 180° anti-clockwise to face the opposite direction.
3. Raise the left leg and kick forward with the heel at just below waist level. The left arm follows the left leg, while the right arm reaches back and to the right. Palms are open.
