1. Raise the left hand so it is in front of and palm facing the right palm. At the same time pivot on the left heel 90° to the right.
2. Turn the body around to the right by pivoting on the right heel. Keeping the hands just below the left ear, move the right heel a little out to the right.
3. Shift forward into a front stance, lowering the right hand to the side and pushing forward with the left hand.
