7. Raise Hands And Step Up

1. In a circular motion bring the right hand round so that the palm faces the chest. At the same time bring the right foot 90° across to the left and place the heel on the ground.
2. Bring the left hand round so it is between the right hand and the chest.
3. Lean forward straightening the left leg and bending the right.
4. Step up with the left foot so the feet and parallel, keeping the knees bent and straightening the back.
5. Straightening the legs, raise the right hand and lower the left arm to the side.
