1. Raise the right leg, turning the sole to face Left. At the same time raise the right hand above the forehead and lower the left hand.
2. Lower the right heel, bring both hands palm up in towards the centre; the left fingertips touch the centre of the right forearm.
3. Shift into a front stance, pushing the left arm forward over the right so the right fingertips rest against the centre of the left forearm.
4. Kick out at knee level with the toes of the left foot.
