87. Raise Hands And Step Up

1. Turning the left foot in towards the centre, press forward with the hands in front of the body, palms facing, and lean forward into a front stance.
2. Step up with the left foot so the feet are parallel, keeping the knees bent and straightening the back.
3. Straightening the legs, raise the right hand and lower the left arm to the side.
