93. Swing Fist

1. Turn on the heels to face the right, bringing the left hand, fist clenched, down to the left side.
2. Forming a fist with the right hand, lower it to the left side behind the left fist.
3. Shifting into a front stance, open the left hand and swing both hands forward in an arc so the left palm is above the clenched right fist.
